Add backdated Installation Fact SAP ISU

Client have a SAP ISU requirement where he wants to add a backdated Installation Fact. Basically, the operand value needs to be added/modified for a period that is already billed but without reversing any bill document.

How to achieve this? Has anyone previously implemented any such similar requirement?
