Professional Services -Cloud Scope Items

Hello,

I was referring to the best practices for S/4HANA Cloud (below link ) and came across the scope items for professional services. There i observed that finance related scope items such as asset accounting , lease accounting, group reporting are missing. Question is Normally, if customer wants to activate a cloud solution such as S/4HANA professional services, can the scope items which are not part of the package (i.e asset accounting, group reporting ) be added on top ?
