Not sure if there's functionality to email a supplier through their AN account, but here are two options:

- (manual) Use the Messaging functionality to send attachments/messages to suppliers. You can enable Messaging functionality on your Buyer Account -- you should see a blue pop-up that's specific to the transaction that you can use. You can also use the Messages tab on the main portal to message the supplier's account directly (independent of a transaction).

- (automatic) Use the Ariba Network Supplier Profile API to pull Contacts data from supplier accounts and use that to email your suppliers
