C4C Creating Queries in Employee Support WorkCenter View

Within Employee Support, there are out-of-the-box standard queries presented in the drop down selection box i.e.
  • My Tickets
  • My Team Tickets
  • Tickets I Created
  • Ticket in my Territories

How can i create these type queries when there are no Relative selections for Field: Team and Field: Processor?

This is so i can have queries which are like

  • "My Team Tickets - Ticket Type"
  • "My Tickets - Ticket Type"
  • "My Tickets - Reported by Me"

    Dear Customer,

    There are fields seen upon using advance Filter icon(you can also add fields via adaptation mode)

    - Team, Assigned To(Or Processor), using these fields you can create desired custom query according to business requirement.
