BCP_EXPERT - Assigned Business Catalogs

Hi Community!

I am working in an SAP S/4HANA Cloud, 3-system landscape and am setting up the new roles in the TEST System.

When I go to assign the role SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT, I notice that it has a few fewer catalogues than the same role assigned in the Development System; on checking, the two missing catalogues are:
- SAP_BCR_CORE_BCT_TRN_MNG_PC (Business Configuration - Transport Management)
- SAP_BCR_CORE_BCT_TRN_REL_PC (Business Configuration - Transport Release Management)

Can anyone tell me why I cannot find these two catalogues in the Test System?
