Threshold Overlook option not working in SAP Business One

Dear all,

Threshold Overlook option is selected into business partner withholding tax setup and set the Transaction Threshold limit into withholding tax setup window.

But when I am trying to make A/R invoice then it is not working. Can it is stop the making transaction?
