Hi-

I am having a IDOC to File scenario, The scenario was working fine but all of a sudden i am unable to send the File out,i don't see any errors in the Monitor. But the file is not present in the file system. So i went to RWB and clicked on adapter monitoring.I see all the adapter greyed out except the JPR and Xi adapter.JPR is in RED with a message.

SLD host:port = homexi18:50000

Error getting JPR configuration from SLD. Exception: No entity of class SAP_BusinessSystem for XI3.SystemHome.homexi18 found

No access to get JPR configuration

What should i do?? is there something i should restart?

Thanks

Venkat

Venjamin-

How do i reload SAP_BASIS_640.tpz in IR? is it something the basis guys need to do or us?

Krishna-

The adapter is in Grey color,i have made my communication channel inactive ,saved it and then made it active and saved it but no use.

The problem here is,i don't see an error in SXMB_MONI,i see a chequered flag, and the file is not getting FTP'ed, and the whole scenario has been working previously and nothing has changed since,All i have worked on is only on proxy.

Thanks

Hi,

DId you go thru Adapter Monitor pdf ? If not just check that.

And also reimport SAP BASIS Content from the SLD.. This is something like importing SWCV.. Developer can do this.

Thanks,

Moorthy-

I have gone through the doc you sent me,Please take a look at the adapters screen shot at Adapter Screen Shot

Is it correct to say that all the adapters that are greyed out are not working??

Thanks

If you click on File , are you able to see all file communication channels.. If so what is the status of all communication channel..

Still problems, try to restart the Adapter Engine/J2EE engine and check .

Check SAP Note : 741214

Venkat~

This can be done in Visual Admin.

Also to restart J2EE engine you have a Transaction code SMICM->Administrator->J2EE server.

Anyway here you can ask Basis to help you out. It is preferred to ask BASIS people to do this.

Then update the post

HI Venkat,

Can you check the File Adapter status ? Is it in Grey color ? If so , is this adapter is active in ID ?

1) Try to change something in the File Adapter and activate it . And check the Adapter monitoring for the status..

Are you able to see the messages in Message Display Tool(MDT)

i.e RWB->Message Monitoring->MDT->Audit Log

If you have still problem, then check the Adapter engine Cache etc.. Refresh the cache in SXI_CACHE for the Adapter Engine.

Check the Adapter Metadata in the SAP BASIS Component in the IR..
