Our users want to set up an item code of service charges for repairing and testing equipment. Is there an option to manage the price lists for this purpose and then let the user select the price list in SO?
I find the system will always take the effective price list for the BP ( as shown in the price source field in the row) and the user is not given the option to select the price list.
While coming to pricing to different customers, you can maintain price lists for the same item code. It seems to me that we cannot set multiple price lists for an item code for the same customer. Is creating different item codes for different service scopes the only solution for this scenario?
There is a drop-down list for changing the Price List in the Table tab of SO Form Setting. If I change the price list here, it does trigger any change in the unit price of the sales order line. What is the purpose of this field?
