Sales Order Impact from Credit Block

When credit blocks occur on a sales order either at creation or deviation check, we would like to hold reservation for our customers for a period of time to take action but if the block exceeds the time period remove the reservation and reconfirm after release. This would avoid confirmation volitility on the sales order and other reserveations in queue.
