Creation of Work pack is not successfully happening for one user.

Reg Work Pack Creation, from support team we can be able to create work pack and display print preview. But one of the users also able to create work pack but Output status is not showing anything, it is blank (not in preparation, error or partial preparation) for the work pack created. So, "send output" button is not highlighting for that work pack.
