Timeout of session in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public

We have an rising problem with more and more issues with timeout of logged in session.

Our issue seems to be the same as described in KBA Note 2442503 - Logon page for AS ABAP appears after session timeout in Fiori launchpad.

We are using Fiori Launchpad for ABAP and have configured SAML 2.0 authentication

Does anyone have any advice to go forward handling this?

Is it anything else I can do to prevent this other then create a ticket to SAP?

Is there any information I should clearify/check before raise ticket ?
