Pre Requisite to use SAPME PAPI Interface.

Dear Experts,

We have Oracle ERP, standalone SAP MII & ME systems in our landscape.

We have a requirement to integrate SAP PCo data to SAP ME system. Do we need SAPMEINT configured to pass data from to SAP MII to SAP ME?

What is the pre requisite to use SAP ME PAPI action blocks in SAP MII BLS.
