Work package does not exist error

Hello.

Customer is facing an error while deleting Condition Records in Manage Price Sales app for a Project, but as per KBA 3009937 - Error '"&" is not a valid value for property "WORKPACKAGE"' when deleting a condition record in Manage Prices - Sales app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud there is a way to delete condition records via Set Material Prices app. How can I do it?
