SAP Build Apps subscription failed

I tried to get started with SAP Build Apps as described here: Subscribe to SAP Build Apps | SAP Help Portal but when running the booster or subscribing to the service manually I'm getting this error:

Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Apps. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component: CA-LCA-ACP.

Technical Details:
subscribe failed. Error: 404 Tenant with zone ID 2b0103f9-27af-4058-8d21-6a97592101c7 was not found

The service is available in the selected Region for my subaccount (Frankfurt). How can I solve this issue?

Have you made sure you followed the prerequisite and created a new subaccount with activated IAS from the service marketplace prior to running the booster?

I had a similiar same error message and not having IAS enabled was the root cause.

Hi Jan,
This is an SAP internal issue and I can't provide the answer in the SAP community.
I will send you an email with instructions what you need to do.
Kind regards, Bea

Hi michael.ludescher, What kind of issue do you have? The described problem from Jan was a SAP internal issue (Tenant with zone ID is missing).
I assume that you are getting the general error message "Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Apps. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component: CA-LCA-ACP."

I guess that you are not using an IAS tenant which is a pre-requisite for the successful activation of SAP Build Apps. Can you please check the documentation to get more information about this topic: https://help.sap.com/docs/BUILD_APPS/431746e4c663458aa68d9754b237bfc6/39a35cf3447241509f4dbbd19a96db...

SAP Build Apps is a multi-tenancy application and integrates with IAS via the Identity Broker and these integrations are configured with OpenID Connect protocol. If you are using the SAML protocol it will not work.
Kind regards, Bea

Hi Bea,

I am working on launching SAP Build Apps and while trying to create the IAS tenant as mentioned in this link https://help.sap.com/docs/BUILD_APPS/431746e4c663458aa68d9754b237bfc6/39a35cf3447241509f4dbbd19a96db... I don't see Cloud Identity Services when I click on Configure Entitlements → Add Service Plans. Please refer to the attached screenshot. I see only Cloud Foundry Runtime, Cloud Management Service, and Cloud Transport Management.

Can you please guide me where I am going wrong and why am I not able to see Cloud Identity Services.

Thank you.

Regards,

Pavan.
