Unusual view of the report

Hello,

Sometime, it can happen, that the User see that, when the report is created. They work with TS and this beahvior occurs sometime and when the report is saved as PDF, it can also happen, that another User can see the Report as it should. Any suggestions? On all TS, they have the same version of Crystal Report.
