Navigation tab not working in SAP Build Apps

I am having trouble modifying the built in navigation via the Navigation tab. I can open the tab and see the navigation items (by default empty page). But when I click on the navigation item to change parameters, the Navigation tab goes blank (I still see SAP Build Apps and can navigate back to other areas).

Am I doing some wrong? Is there a problem with the Navigation tab?
