Create Recurring Outgoing Invoices in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

My client separate app like "Manage Recurring Supplier Invoices" for outgoing invoice or like in On-premises systems we are able to use one transaction (FBD1) for all types of recurring postings. Please advise its available in public cloud or how we can achieve such requirement.
