PR Workflow WS20000077 Green tick mark not updating

Experts,

Am using standard workflow for the PR ( WS20000077), the workflow is working fine.. this is two levels of approval.

after the second approval the status in the "release startegy" tab is not updating to "Green tick mark" against second level approver.but in status of line item turned to 05 ( released).
