Dear Experts ,
Recently we have experienced this matter when going to add new article for a return receipt for exchange purpose . While selecting new article to select with in the batch number selection screen the related batch numbers not been visible to select even though manually searched the batch number . Here is the screen shot below for your kind reference .
So kindly advise what could be the issue in here .
