I can't add to cart a Pay-As-You-Go SAP BTP - Free Tier ?

Hi SAP community,

As the question mentions it, I am trying to start coding in the ABAP Cloud Foundry and I can't add to my cart a Pay-As-You-Go SAP BTP - Free Tier since it is the prerequisite, I end up with error 400 (and yes I am logged with my SAP account).
I wonder if it's temporary, will try again later...
