Upgrading our BW/4HANA 2.0 systems to BW/4HANA 2021

Dear Team,

We are looking at the prospect of upgrading our BW/4HANA 2.0 systems to BW/4HANA 2021. Would you kindly let us know the location/links to download the Installation and Upgrade guide documents for BW/4HANA 2021?

I can only find the Conversion to SAP BW/4HANA 2021 document, however that may be useful for an SAP BW system to be converted to BW/4HANA. Since our system is already on BW/4HANA 2.0, would you kindly let us know if downloading the target software from Maintenance Planner and upgrading through SUM is sufficient or do we have to go through SAP Readiness Checks, Simplification Item Checks, Custom Code Adjustments and any other preparation activities?
