We have a question about the customer open item claims process.
We have 3 claim levels parameterized in the system, which are launched every 15 days.
In this case, the 3 levels of claims have been executed for the client, and we see in the system that a level 1 claim level of another open item was subsequently sent, and that same day a level 3 was sent again for the previous to which the 3 levels were already sent.
In other words, for the same open item for a customer, the claim level has been sent a second time. This is possible? Or should only the maximum claim letters of the claim levels be sent?
