Regarding changes made on hierarchy in data source and how they impact the SAC Dimension

Here are some key questions regarding changes made in data source and how they impact the Public Dimension in SAC:

1. If a member is added to a node of a hierarchy should it be updated in the hierarchy in the Public Dimension?
2. If a member is moved from one node to another, should the Public Dimension update as well?
3. If a member is removed from the hierarchy, will it be removed from the Public Dimension?
4. Does the order of the nodes in the hierarchy get imported in to SAC? If so does a change in the order get updated.
