SAP C4C integration with Outlook

Hello,

Our users need to update their Outlook password every 6 months. Once it's done C4C attempt to connect to Outlook many times using the old password for a short time which causes the system to restrict the connection to avoid overloads. Then admins should intervene to enable the synchronisation again.

I wonder if it is possible to solve this problem. By limiting the connection attempts maybe?
