SAP S4 Hana Service - Error during completing Service Order with a sales Item

Hi,

We are getting the below error in the Service Order when the status is changed to Complete for a sales item scenario.

System generated the sales order successfully and it has been delivered and billed without any issues. But when we are changing the status of the Service Order to complete error message - "Partner Function ZM is not defined*" is displayed.

*ZSV1 is the Partner procedure for Sales Order and there is no Partner Function ZM assigned to it.

*ZM PF is mapped to ER in Sales & Distribution under Partner conversion.

Issue us that why system is checking for this partner function ZM when it is not assigned to the partner procedure of Service Order and Sales Order.

sorry I can't find any reference to this problem. I tried also to get the same error in my testing systems...maybe it's not even a CRM-S4 problem. The error VPD003 belongs to SD (function module SD_PCHECK_PARVW_ALLOWED )

Maybe you can set an external break-point in this function and share the stack of calls.

if you don't mind, let's start with the other error

"Field H_CURR is not in VBAK or VBKD"

because I know it well and I think that I'm going to create a KBA. This error is solved adding the following entry in table TBE11 : Set the NDI application indicator as active.

use transaction SM30 or SM31 or go through menu FIBF -> Setting -> Identification -> SAP Apllications

The error about the partner might be solved with this setting as well. So change it and let us know your result.

Thanks for your input. We have maintained the indicator NDI but still the partner issue is not resolved. This has resolved the CURR issue but not the partner issue. Could you please help here and let us know if any other setting needs to be maintained?
