When schedule the report to send to external email, it fails with this message.
deliverResultsToDestination failed
Schedule logs show this:
Exception while sending message to SMTP server: Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.]
Internal emails work fine.
Is there anything related to BO or SMTP.
Can I get steps to resolve it. I have not been able to find anything related to this issue.
