SAP Fiori Launchpad Cloud issue - could not load the tile

We are facing an issue with all the tiles in our Launchpad Portal.

Portal is located in Neo Cloud subaccount. I have found similar issues related to the Gateway system

nothing about the Cloud issue.

The problem is Could not load the tile. Same as https://me.sap.com/notes/0002594655 but on Cloud

Removing tiles and adding tiles by the user didn't help
