Hi Experts,
I am able to create Service Contracts then follow up transactions Service orders, Confirmations. On creation of Service Contract internal Order is getting created successfully and Service Orders and Confirmation all working fine. However, after booking time hours and expenses from Service Confirmation, related costs are not showing on Internal Order. I have also checked that for time confirmation even CATSDB table is not getting updated, so can't use CAT7 to make Cost postings.
I have done following settings already:
1. Service Order and Confirmation item categories marked for Cost Relevant.
2. Item Category, Valuation Type and Activity Type combinations maintained in SPRO Define Derivation of Attendance Type, Activity Type and Cost Element
3. KP26/KSBT Cost rates are maintained.
4. Employee record is maintained properly with Cost center
5. Establish Controlling Type, Controlling Level, and Controlling Scenarios are maintained for Contract types as single-object Controlling
Any idea what is missing that Service confirmations are not showing in CATSDB and also expense cost are not getting posted in Internal order?
