Access Archive files through URL: Expiration date

I have a requirement where I need to get the URL of files stored in Archive server and download it in Excel.

I am using FM: SCMS_AO_URL_READ to get the URL of documents based on Archive ID , Doc id, Timestamp = 'T'. I am able to get the link and documents are accessible through those links.

The issue I am facing is the links are having a expiration date and time and post that time the links are not usable.

As the links are downloaded in a excel sheet column, so after few hrs. the links are of no use.

Please let me know if there is any way to get the Archive document links without expiration date, so that it can be accessible anytime through the excel sheet column.
