How to create a custom PDF preview option.

Hi, I have a requirement that can only be fulfilled by bunching the Adobe Forms in 1 document. Now that means I loose my print preview option. So, I was thinking if I can create the PDF with bunching and stitch in to one document and then do some trick to show it to the customer in the same window he is running the Web UI transaction.

Can you please help me, and let me know if that is possible?

Regards,

Please note multiple PDFs can be previewed by standard. Still if you wish to stitch and display in container you can use below blogs.

Is there any reason you can't just create a single form? In the Smart Forms, it was not feasible to have different paper formats per page. My understanding is that in Adobe forms it is feasible. So why is "bunching" the only possible solution?

Also how exactly are you doing this that causes print preview not to work?

Hi Jelena,

There are different forms generated within the program for different contexts. So simply adding multiple pages and layouts (Page format is A4 and no issues with that ) with sub forms with flags is making the form huge and complex. In one execution per transaction id it will have around 12 forms with different layouts and this is the best case scenario. Now, if I created individual forms they create the print preview and spool. but I need them in one PDF book for customer record keeping that means i need to use bundle mode and stitch and when i do that I loose the preview functionality. I was searching on google and also tried SAP provided programs it seems preview does not works but my customer wants that. So, I am trying to figure out what should I do?

Thanks for your kind help in advance.
