Could not upload document for information extraction "Timeout awaiting 'request' for 30000ms"

Hi,

I am using SAP Build Process Automation with all latest versions of SDK and agent > 3. I have updated my project with it. The project was running well in the old Process Automation tenant.

But, when I am running it now, it's giving me error while extracting PDF data. Sometimes it works but most of the time it fails. I have disabled firewalls also and checked other simmilar posts also. but nothing seems to be working.

I have tried to downgrade SDK versions also of PDF and DOX and others. But not working.

Any other solution to this problem?
