Batch Jobs schedule 5 days before 5 days after of end month

Hello Team

is possible do this in SM36 in SAP?

1. Batch Job 1 - Each Friday at 13:00 EET except 5 days before & 5 days after the last day of the Month
2. Batch Job 2 - The 3^rd Sunday of the month only at 18:40 EET.

I mean, how I can schedule a batch job of this way or I need other form to do this?
