Is it possible to top-up/add Bilateral Facility Credit Line one it is assigned to a Loan Instrument?

I have a Bilateral Facility Product Type 56A Transaction Type 200 With Total Credit Line $1.5 Mio. It has been assigned to Drawing Objects A,B,C,D,E.

Is it possible to add the Total Credit Line so it becomes $2.0 Mio?
