UD without Inspection Plan Assignment

For a customer return for credit, I accidentally created a delivery for the part number and brought in the door before assigning an inspection plan. Now when I go into QA32 to make the UD and results, it says "Characteristic results cannot be recoreded for inspection lot xxxxxxxxxx" under the results. If I click UD, it tells me "The function you selected cannot be carried out". Does anyone know how to re-trigger the inspection lot once an inspection plan has been assigned to a specific part number?

Hi,

Un assign material for Quality Plan and create again Quality plan in previous date for that part.

After that assign plan to inspection lot in inspections specification tab of lot.
