Afaria Push Notification to multiple tenants?

Hello Everyone,

How can I push notification to multiple tenant's group? Actually we have huge list of tenants containing devices from different organizations and we want to broadcast push notification to all devices (devices from all the tenants). I am not sure, what is the best way to do this as currently we have to select one by one each tenant and then send notification to different groups.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Krishna

Krishna,

All your devices should show in the system tenant. You can make a custom view to contain all the devices you wish to notify and then you should be able to select all devices that meet that view. Can you control them from there? Multi select does work from that screen so as long as you select all the same type of devices, the standard commands will be available. Should you also select the onboard windows clients you will lose some of your options so be sure to exclude them from the selections.

Hi Tracy,

Thank you for the reply, but if I create custom view (even in system tenant), it only display the devices from system tenant, may be I have to maintain some 'criteria' in custom view as something like "tenant=all", but I am unable to find any Criteria 'Data Field' related to tenant in custom view. Can you please help me here? FYI, I tried to create custom view to show all android devices from all the tenant.

Many thanks

Kind regards,

Krishna
