FLY-A-Kite Question

I am working on an assignment called Fly-A-Kite in SAP. I am on page 15 of the assignment and am in:

Logistics - Material Management - Purchasing - Master Data - Info Record - Create

On this page I see and have searched for/answered:

Vendor: TOYS-WE-B041 (100038)

Material: PAPER041

Purchasing Org: (looking for F041 but only see instances that start with c because when I type in F041 it doesn’t work)

Plant: F041

Info Record:

Info Category: Standard

The error message I am getting when I press enter says:

Supplier 100038 not yet created by purchasing organization F041.

I think the issue is that I do not see F041 in purchasing organization because the next step is to select Purch. Org. Data 1.

If anybody could help figure out how to get the input for purchasing organization or help solve the error message it would be greatly appreciated.
