master data in sales order

Hello experts,

Customer master data and material master data have been maintained in both English and Thai. My logon language is English and Parameter SPR is not set in my profile. When creating sales orders in test environment, material description in Thai is displayed while customer address is displayed in English instead of Thai.

Would you plz throw some light why material description can be in Thai while customer address not in Thai? How to make customer address in Thai in sales orders?
