Dear SAP,
Maybe Could you help us with these topics?
Many customers have asked us the following three questions:
01: Why does the CNMM transaction exist in the PS module and not in the MM module? the same behavior if we are seeing the PS module is inside the MM module. The same behavior with transaction CM01 that this transaction was created in PP and then it was extend to another module as for example PS.
This is not meaningless for some customers because they try to organize their roles but the distribution of transactions versus processes doesn't help them sometimes....
I have found this transaction CNMM that I understand that this is a logistical Monitor in front of projects, or as ME5J/ME5K/ that exist inside in Module MM. What is the criteria to assign one transaction inside one module?
02. My second question is about this monitor CNMM that I understand that this have integrated all flows logistic in one transaction against project but this does not exclude the logistics module or the logistics area due to the logistics flows centralized by this transaction. ¿is this approach correct?
When we use procurement processes just for material or service (including external service) for a project , this results in a whole range of logistical data in PS as purchasing, production, shipping, and son on. Then we can use transaction CNMM as monitor to evaluate this data centrally in a transaction from PS.
Exist any option when we are executing this transaction, this can show all documents in the side right automatically, because we need to click manually on each network or main network...

For example, in this result, in the first time, only shows these documents.

Then, we will need to select the main network…. i.e. it does not automatically show the entries on the right side and forces us to go to each WBS or main network .....¿ is this behavior correct?

03. We have any option that can we execute this in background and posting all documents automatically? Otherwise, Could be possible to use this BADI_CNMM_CUST_ENH_SCR or other for this?

All recommendations are welcome!
Best regards
