Maintenance Plan call-up by using EQ Measuring Point / Counter value as a trigger

Hi Community,

We have some Equipments with a pressure controller. If the controller value is over a defined value, than a work order should be automatically created via a maintenance plan call-up. The controller value will be maintained manually in SAP by the machine operator by using IK11 (in the future the equipment should do this automatically).

In the past we used counter-reading-dependent maintenance plans, for operating hours of Equipments. After every 10,000h a maintenance plan was automatically called-up. It works out fine. Every Equipment has its own measuring point - Characteristic Name for Operation hours, piece as unit and so on. How can I do this for the issue with the pressure controller? There are no values to count as with the operating hours. Have you any ideas?
