How to assign into outbound delivery the HUs previously transferred by STO

Hello Experts,

we have this simple situation.

2 storage locations under the same plant. One is the production location, the other is used for additional storage and for shipping. The customer delivery, shipped from the second location, contains both, produced goods (from the first SL) and additional components.

We create the STO (item category U) from the first to the second SL. We create the outbound delivery. We create HUs and post the GI for this delivery to put stock in transfer (mov 641). Then we post the GR for the same delivery (by MIGO) to confirm the arrival to destination SL (mov. 101).

Then, in this second SL, we create the new outbound delivery from Sales Order and want to assign to it the HUs transferred by the first delivery. BUT the HUs are still assigned to the first delivery, even if the GI+GR have been posted. We don't need to use the SPED message to create the inbound delivery.

If I create manually the HUs (without reference to any delivery) and use HUMO to just make the immediate transfer (311 mov. is created), I can easily assign them to the new outbound delivery and the packing is automatically done on it. We want to do the same "fast packing" but with HUs transferred via STO, as we need to track the transportation between SLs.

Is it possible to free the HUs after transfering them by STO/Delivery.

Thanks

Igor
