Consuming Ariba API in SAP CAI chatbot

We built a chatbot using SAP CAI to show status of Ariba PR / PO

Ariba has a rate limiting on APIs. (1req/sec , 3req/min 50req/hour 300req/day ).

In production with thousands of people using the bot and with this rate limiting issue this use case can't work properly

What new advanced technical options do we have to overcome this Ariba API limit and still offer better real time status check user experience for users
