Is there a country shipment blocking possibility in SAP?

Dear,

Is there a possibility to block shipments of products (based on their part numbers) to specific countries?

For example: below case:

A product is allowed to be shipped to country A, but is not allowed to be shipped to country B and C. Is there a possibility in SAP to block the part number of the product for shipment to countries B and C?

(Orders can be taken for countries B and C, but shipment is - temporarily - not allowed)
