Count Occurrences that indicator went over target

Hello,

probably quite a basic question however i can't figure it out.

I'm trying to get the number of occurrences an indicator went above his target; for the time period currently filtered on the page, so to display a single numeric type chart.

Essentially, it would give a bird-eye view of how many times we reached the target in the last X days.

How would i go about configuring this?
