How to send emails from SAP CRM opportunity

Hi All,

We have the below requirement SAP S4 HANA Service.

We are creating opportunities and want to send emails to customers from opportunities. These are realtime emails to interact with customers. Not like scheduled action emails.

Please help me with possible options.

Hi All,

I am still looking for the answer. Can anybody help me here to check the possibility to send emails from Opportunities in the "Create Opportunity" and "Search Opportunity" apps?

This seems to be complete development. And a little complex scenario with attachments.

Mine is a simple requirement where if a sales employee wants to send an email to the customer, the employee just drafts an email from Opportunity document and sends it from the SAP system itself.

Do you know if it is possible through standard configuration?
