How to avoid an attachment to be deleted after the opportunity is won in C4C?

Hi Colleagues,

My customer in a need of support. They don't have a team to help them on PDI developments hence they asked me how can they prevent the end user to delete attachments once the opportunity has the status set to won? Is that possible without code?
