We have implemented resolution steps given in the SAP KBA ##3273627 - Not able to add / revoke Payment Approver for Bank Payments https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3273627 , The deleted payment approver still shows in the App "Maintain Payment Approver for Multiple Banks".
--<Cause>--
Standard system behaviour. This is because sometime customer want to extend the valid date even for a revoked payment approver, so they want to see them in the list .
--<Solution>--
The payment approver with authorization revoked is still showing in the Payment Approvers list of App Maintain Payment Approver for Multiple Banks.
Customers can use the App Manage Bank Accounts. From App Manage Bank Accounts customers can delete the CB user whose athorizations for payment approver have been revoked for the bank account.
