House bank Ranking changed but not working

Hi I have changed the ranking order of my house banks but still the program is picking the old ranking order only.

eg:-

before change

PM CRY Rank HB

1 1 HDFC

1 2 icici

after change

1 1 ICICI

1 2 HDFC

Now when i run F110. the program supposed pick ICICI since it has Rank 1. but still the program is picking HDFC.

can any one let me know why? and how can get the ICICI to be picked based on Ranking.

please note:- I have checked in Vendor master and Invoice. no House Banks has been given at both the places.

and i didnt change any house bank at proposal level
