How to upgrade WILY Interscope to full version. Can you please let us know if we are valid to download SAP Extended Diagnostics package .

Hi,

To perform the upgrade the Willy you can follow the procedure in the following KBA 1685878 - How to upgrade CA Wily Introscope from the Right To View (RTV) version to the full version.

Regarding SAP Extended Diagnostics by CA Wily you can check the following SAP Notes accordingly to your EM version:

For EM 10.7: 3000353 - SAP Extended Diagnostics by CA, foundation - Introscope 10.7

For older versions(10.5, 10.1 etc):1280961 - SAP Extended Diagnostics by CA Wily
