How to define custom scales in CombinationDual chart with 2 axis

Hello Experts,

I have a sap.ovp with a chart of type CombinationDual having one measure in a first Y axis on the left of the chart and two other measures in a second Y axis on the right of the chart. The scales are not the same on the left and on the right. I want to have the same scales. Could this be achieved through annotations? I tried with annotations AxisScaling set to FixedScale, and MinimumValue and MaximumValue on DataPoint for each measure. Without success...

Also, is there the possibility to have a custom "major" for the axis? (as it can be found in Excel for instance?)
