SAP Analytics Application Performance Analysis - Missing WidgetId in GetResponses

Hi,

I am currently optimizing several things in my Analytic Application. At the moment I want to identfy which widgets take the longest loading times and why. I watched the webinar of stephane.perdigeon about "SAP Analytics Cloud Performance Best Practices and General Troubleshooting". He showed very well how to trace widgets in Elements Tab and how to check their response times in Network Tab via the sap-widget-id (WidgetId).

My problem is that I don't have any WidgetIds in Network Tab. My Payload Request ClientInfos look like this every time. I use BW Live Connection.

Any ideas?

thx

Alex

Hi ablasl88, I think there is nothing you are doing wrong, it might just not be set in all cases (yet). I would suggest to collect the following information and open an incident for SAP:

  • Where do these network traces originate from (opening the story or any other interaction)?
  • Are you running in new optimized mode?
  • Are you using a story or analytic application?
  • Is it missing for all requests?

Hi ablasl88,

I could well be related to the fact that you are not running in optimized mode. Can you reproduce the behavior when using the sample story?

Kind regards,

foekenm I tested it with another Analytic Application but with OVM on. I also have no WidgetId and exactly the same ClientInfo. I also created a Story in and without OVM and tested it. Always the same ClientInfo with only "Identifier": "AnalyticsCloud".
